Tonic is recruiting for an innovative, high-end restaurant group focusing on people, food, and service. They are looking to recruit an Operations Director to cover sites throughout Birmingham and provide support with on-site operations, projects, and growth and acquisitions.

You will have experience in a high-end, quality fresh food business as a multi-site operations manager/area manager
