Head Chef – Fresh Food – Gastro Pub – Sutton Coldfield – £50,000 package 

Tonic are assisting our client’s search for a head chef to lead the brigade at their fresh-food gastro pub in Sutton Coldfield. The business promotes a culture of kindness – they really value their people and look after their team.

Our client is looking for a head chef to take the helm of their kitchen and drive it forward. The food is all fresh and based around seasonal pub classics with a modern twist. 

What are we looking for in the successful Head Chef? 

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy fresh food kitchen – this could be as sous or head chef 
  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude coupled with drive and enthusiasm to be the best you can be
  • A passion for food and cooking that is infectious, inspiring others to improve 
  • Someone who is willing to be flexible and think outside the box to problem solve
